Health and Safety Guidelines

REVISED FEBRUARY 22, 2021
Initial issue February 9, 2021–revision 1.  Please refer to this webpage for updates.

We thank you for your support and patience during this challenging time. Our top priority is the health and well being of our families, associates and guests. Our theater guidelines are outlined below. These guidelines will be in place for all future showings until otherwise noted.

Guidelines are as follows:

Face coverings are REQUIRED in the lobby, at the concession stand, and walking around the auditorium unless you are medically exempt. They may be removed when seated in the auditorium.

We will be at reduced auditorium capacity of 100 persons which is about 50%.  This number may slightly increase and is dependent on how patrons sit in the auditorium.  Please note that patrons in wheelchairs and their guests will always have first priority in our accessible rows.

Please follow recommended 6-foot social distancing requirements in our lobby and do not crowd the ticket booth, concession stand, and/or congregate in the lobby. Our lobby is beautiful, but it is small.

We kindly ask that you find your seats first and then only one person per group visit the concession stand to help with social distancing. Reminder…our booster seats also double as a tray that can carry concessions.  We are pleased to offer small disposable menus to help coordinate your order for your group.  If the concession stand is crowded, please just take a seat first.  The concession stand usually lightens up at the start of previews.

No seat saving for patrons that are not present and have yet to buy a ticket.  We are at a reduced capacity.  If you wish to sit with someone, you must arrive together and buy your tickets together.

Please place 1-2 seats between each group in the auditorium. Due to the reduced seating capacity, we ask smaller groups sit near the aisle or walls to allow another group to share the same row with 1-2 seats placed between.

Do not visit the theater if you have been asked to self-quarantine, have an active diagnosis of coronavirus, and/or exhibiting any of these symptoms:
-Fever within 72 hours
-New loss of taste or smell
-New onset of shortness of breath
-New cough and/or sore throat

Season salt will be out in the lobby for use.

Doors open 30-minutes prior to showtime. Please arrive as early as possible—things will not run smoothly if everyone shows up 5-minutes prior to showtime.

Parents–please double check that capacity has not been exceed when dropping off older children to watch the movie.

If you feel uncomfortable after the start of the movie as to how the auditorium is filled, then we will gladly offer a voucher for a future show.  Please coordinate with the manager-on-duty who can usually be found in the concession stand after the start of the show.

Please remember most working the theater are volunteers.  If you have a concern or comment regarding these guidelines, please contact us directly or reach out to one of our board members.

We appreciate your PATRONAGE and PATIENCE!
